Straight answers
Supported connectors are installed and configured as part of your SmartCo licence, and we keep supported integrations working as third-party APIs change. Bespoke connector work is scoped before development.
Platform updates, security patches and new core features are part of the licence. There is no upgrade version to buy.
Support comes from the team that built your system and is included as part of your subscription. We do not charge per ticket or per incident.
Migration in is included. If you ever leave, you get an export of your data at no charge.
Stated plainly, so there are no surprises: additional users beyond the ten included at £20 a month each, bespoke development for modules that do not exist yet, which is scoped and fixed before work begins, and paid third-party services such as SMS credits or a Stripe account, which you buy directly from the provider at their price rather than through us at a markup.
